Novotel Warszawa Centrum Hotel

From my room on the 15th floor, I had beautiful views of the city. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Most attractions were an easy walk away, and tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel. The main train station is only about a 10-minute walk, and an easy one at that. I had a wonderful stay.

The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the stay apart from one disappointing interaction. At check-in, I asked for slippers and was told they weren't included in my room type, so I'd have to pay extra. At €180 a night, I found that surprising. Slippers seem like a basic amenity at that price. The receptionist said they'd look into it after I questioned the charge, but nobody followed up. It felt as though they just wanted to end the conversation instead of helping. It's a small issue, but details matter, and this left a bad impression that wasn't what I'd expect from a hotel in this price range.

Breakfast offered a very good selection, and the hotel has its own parking across the street, which is a great plus. The central location puts attractions, restaurants, and public transport within easy reach, while the higher-floor views give a fantastic perspective over Warsaw. My room was clean and comfortable. Some areas and details in the room feel a little dated compared with newer hotels. Even so, I had a very good stay at Novotel Warsaw Center, and the convenience and overall experience make it a solid choice in Warsaw.

I usually struggle to sleep away from home, but the sheets and pillows here were so comfortable that I slept without a problem. I also really appreciated the view from my excellent room. The staff all around the hotel were friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and lunch pleasantly surprised me. I'm usually skeptical about hotels and tend to choose Airbnb, but I have to say I enjoyed staying at Novotel. Highly recommended.
