The location was the only positive, though people choose it for their own convenience, so I'm not judging that. The apartment was very worn out, and the room had a bed made up with half-worn sheets. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. My husband got locked inside when the interior doorknob broke. When I called, I was told someone would come TOMORROW.

I've never posted a negative review before, but the free parking was the main reason we picked this place, and it wasn't available. We called when we arrived and learned the previous guests had accidentally taken the garage remote. Staff said a replacement would only be provided on our departure day. They didn't apologize, just said this sometimes happens. The apartment was also dirty, especially the towels and bedding. I don't recommend it.

I had a better rapport with my friend after we'd been drinking than I did with this property. Their response was at an elementary school level. They completely changed the contract that Booking. They tried to charge a deposit 100% higher and push me to pay through a shady website, even though I was supposed to pay on arrival. When I refused to prepay, I had to drive around Warsaw to find their office and beg them to take my money. I can't believe this kind of mess exists in the hotel business in central Warsaw. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

They were understanding about the situation and took a great approach to customer service.
