The replacement apartment had a moldy smell, broken microwave, and beds so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep. After an attempted break-in, the police advised us to leave because the burglars might come back. My mother had panic attacks afterward, and my parents were crying and frightened. This started when we couldn’t stay in the Booking.com apartment we’d reserved because we were told it had flooded. We agreed to move, then on the second day someone tried to break into the new apartment. The police arrived before the administrators, checked the scene, and confirmed it was an attempted break-in. We tried calling P&O Apartments several times, but no one answered; messages only brought questions and made things harder. The alternative they offered was far below the original place. The whole stay was a nightmare, the worst of my life. Don’t book here.
