On my first visit, apartment W12 was clean, but one room's heating didn't work. They fixed it after a few days. The kitchen gear was basic and already in rough shape. A few months later I booked W12 again. It wasn't ready at check-in, and I waited about half an hour while it was cleaned. They promised a discount for the delay, but I never got one. The cleanliness had slipped badly, with dirt and even bugs around, and the kitchen equipment was in worse condition too. I gave them one last chance and chose W10. As soon as I walked in, I could smell old cigarette smoke. There was nicotine residue on the picture frames, so someone had clearly smoked inside. When I asked them to fix it, they told me to leave for three hours while they ran an ozone generator. They blamed the smell on ventilation when I asked why cleaning hadn't caught it, but it was much too strong to be from ventilation. I asked to move to another apartment. They offered one that was smaller and 500-1000 zl cheaper, but wouldn't give me a discount for the inconvenience and downgrade. They said a discount was only possible if I stayed in the smoky apartment. I refused and suggested another of their places that cost 500 zl more, but they wouldn't agree to that either. I ended up booking somewhere else, and my refund is still being processed. They could have lost 500 zl, but instead they've lost 3500 zl. Not sure that was the smarter business choice. I later learned that going into an apartment immediately after ozone treatment can be harmful and may even cause asthma, so they were willing to put my health at risk to deal with their mistake quickly. This was my third booking with them, and definitely my last. Stay away and find another provider. It's not worth the trouble.
