The apartment is in a good location, and its condition and features were nice. The main problem came at check-in. I had contacted the staff more than a week ahead to tell them when I would arrive in Warsaw. They said that was fine as long as I called 30 minutes beforehand. But that night, they didn't answer my calls, emails, or messages. I had to find somewhere else to stay and lost the money for my first night.

I had a short-term rental here and found the place adequate, though it was missing some of the homely touches that make a stay more comfortable. It would have been good to have basics like toilet paper available, but we managed. I'd rent here again, mainly for the location and price.

I only realized after getting home today that a large amount of money had disappeared from my backpack. We’d been out walking the day before while staying at Piwna 28/30, one of many apartments in this chain. I wish I’d called the police while I was still there.
