The rooms are nice, and the price is somewhere in the middle, not especially cheap or expensive. The worst part was the stench from a homeless man outside the window. I included a photo of him below. Please be careful.
The place is untidy, dirty, and uncomfortable, though you can spend the night there. The photos don't match what it's actually like.
Good morning. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. I lost 160 PLN in what felt like a scam. The listing clearly says cancellation is free, but when we requested it, we didn't get our money back. I called to try to resolve it, but the service was very unpleasant. Instead of dealing with the issue I called about, the staff told me to speak to whoever was on shift. I doubt I'm the first person they've scammed. I hope Booking.com ends its relationship with you after I email them, including the call recordings I have. I'll also email a letter from the law firm about consumer rights and the right to a refund.
