P&O Ursynow

We paid for four people, but two of us had nowhere to sleep. The two sofas were smashed, most of the furniture was broken, the hallway wardrobe was damaged, and dishes were dirty or missing. The apartment was so poorly kept it was completely uninhabitable. Several advertised items weren’t there: no TV, microwave, toaster, or coffee maker. There was no bed linen, so we had to set things up ourselves. For four people staying two days, there was only half a roll of toilet paper and one shampoo sachet. Parking was included in the price, but no instructions were given, so we had to call and ask. The service was the last straw, with zero professionalism or respect for the customer. They reacted with disgust to my complaint and asked me to send photos of the missing microwave and toaster 😂🤷‍♀️. I don’t recommend this place.
