It was easy to get around from Hotel Polonia Palace, and we could walk to lots of good spots nearby. The place has a beautiful, classic elegance, but still feels comfortable and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were helpful and professional, and the atmosphere felt upscale without being too formal. I had a great stay and would happily come back to Warsaw and stay here again.

The warm welcome and sweet surprise were lovely. Ms. Valeria handled the issue professionally and with a positive attitude, and Mr. Kacper and Ms. Wiktoria were kind in their service. Staying here is a real pleasure. I’ll be glad to return and recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the hotel. It has a lovely historic charm and is very well maintained. Our room was spacious, elegant, cozy, and quiet, so we slept well each night. The bathroom was also spacious and decent, with a heated floor. The location was the best, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I especially liked the Mango Lasi, Egg Benedict, and Egg Omelette. I’d recommend the hotel and would book it again.

The superior room had an amazing view of the Palace of the Culture, and the room was clean. The hotel was great, with especially kind and professional service from Kacper and Pawel. They took very good care of us. I recommend it to everyone!

This could be a fine hotel if you arrive on foot. The listing says “public parking is available at a location nearby,” but in practice that seems to mean driving around for a long time, quite far away, and maybe eventually finding an open street spot. Customers would be much better served if it simply said there’s no parking and people arriving by car should stay somewhere else.
