We followed the arrival instructions, but the key locker was open with the same code they'd sent us and there were no keys inside. We had to find somewhere else to stay. They also ignored messages and didn't answer calls, even the next day. If you don't want to be left without a room late at night, spare yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

I paid in full in advance for an apartment booked through Booking, but when I arrived at night someone else was inside the place I'd booked. I was scared, and there was nobody around to help, so I was left without accommodation for the night. They'd also sent me the wrong Wi-Fi password. Without a Polish SIM card, I had to look around for someone who could at least help me call a taxi to the airport. When I messaged them, they ignored the fact that another person was in the apartment and just kept insisting the Wi-Fi password was right. Ridiculous. I never got my refund. Be careful and don't choose these scammers if you expect your money back.

The shower was cold, so I wouldn't recommend the place.
