I had a problem, and the owners didn’t seem to care at all.

The replacement flat was on Chmielna 13, up on the third floor with no lift. It felt almost like a fourth floor, and had been made from an attic, with tiny windows facing the courtyard. The bathroom had a damp smell that lingered for all three days I was there and kept getting worse. The shower head didn’t work, its holder was broken, and the sink tap ran so hot I couldn’t even wash dishes. I cut my stay short and went home, with my vacation ruined. I’d booked a place on Pańska Street, but the owner called just an hour before I arrived to say it was unavailable because something had broken. Since they clean after 12, you’d think a problem like that would be spotted earlier. After my first night in the replacement, nobody got in touch to ask if I wanted to change apartments. The listings also reuse the same photos, so it’s impossible to tell which pictures belong to which apartment. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I got a message just three hours before arrival saying the place was by the train station, 1.2 km farther away than advertised. The building was shabby and prefabricated, and it didn’t look like the photos on Booking.com at all. Felt like a blatant scam. Don’t fall for it!

The reservation manager turned up more than an hour late, and we didn’t even get a basic apology. Then I was charged another 700 PLN after my guest was accused of smoking. That accusation was completely made up, and I was cheated out of the money. They’re scammers.
