I reserved three apartments for my family, but only one was suitable for a proper stay. The apartment I'm in is in terrible shape: very dirty, with a strong unpleasant smell, dirty bed linen, no clean towels, no toilet paper, and lights that don't work properly. I arrived exhausted after more than 10 hours of travel, and no one took action, so I had to sleep in the dirty room. I took photos and videos as proof and emailed them. My parents are in apartment No. 189, where there's no toilet paper, the balcony chairs are all broken so they can't sit outside, and there are no curtains on the windows. This is far below what we paid for, and I'm very disappointed, especially since I've booked with you before. Please provide an immediate solution, such as a replacement apartment, a hotel room, or another suitable arrangement. It was disgusting. There was hair and fur on the floor and urine on the toilet, so I had to clean it myself. The service was the worst I've ever had. Since then, the administrators have ignored me completely and haven't even followed up. If I keep being ignored, I'll have to take it further.

Cigarette butts were scattered across the terrace, with dried vomit stains nearby that nobody had even tried to clean. Inside, there was dust and dirt everywhere, broken furniture, a melted kettle that couldn't be used, and dirty, smelly rags lying around. The cigarette smell was so strong it was hard to breathe, clearly people were smoking there constantly. When we told the management company, they ignored us and offered no help or response. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. It felt more like a brothel than accommodation, and I absolutely don't recommend it.

At first things seemed fine: a comfortable, tidy room with what I needed for a short trip. The fridge light didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal. Then, 12 hours after I'd checked out, while I was already 1,500 km away, I got a message saying I'd be charged for another day. I'd left the apartment seven hours earlier, and I can't understand why the cleaning lady couldn't get it cleaned in time. Check with her before blaming guests and threatening a charge. I did nothing wrong and left earlier than expected. I can show taxi and plane receipts to prove when I left, and I won't pay. It feels like they're trying to scam me for money. If they think they can do that to a Ukrainian, they probably can't do it to me. I left on time. Please ask the staff if you have questions. Thank you for considering this. A negative experience.
