I had a really enjoyable three-night stay. The big double bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice-sized tub to relax in. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a TV too. There was a kitchenette for simple meals, including a hob, table and chairs, kettle, toaster, microwave, and free coffee. It also came with a washing machine, iron, and drying rack. I'd recommend staying here.

The place feels fairly new and comfortable, and the street is quiet. Warsawa Zachodnia Train Station is about a 6-7 minute walk, and there’s a small Zabka nearby. The WiFi was very poor, though, and the TV only had two channels. It’s a long way from Warsaw’s main sights and the old town, with little else within walking distance.

Warning, a rip-off. This company treats customers badly, so I wouldn’t book an apartment through them or work with them. If something goes wrong, you won’t get help. They keep your money instead of offering a replacement for housing that can’t be lived in.

The linens, pillows, and mattresses were nowhere near good enough, and the drunken neighbors in this supposed “luxury building” made so much noise that sleeping was difficult. There’s no quiet-night rule after 10:00 PM, apparently. Even arriving was an adventure, with a key card to track down like a detective. The apartment is modern and seems to have everything you need, but the first night quickly put that claim into perspective: drunken neighbors come with the package, I guess.
