Cozy and comfortable, just right for a short stay. The neighborhood is really loud, though.

I canceled after a dreadful late-night arrival, and Booking.com refunded me. The company said on my departure day that my original accommodation had a fault and moved me to another one. I eventually agreed to any place and got the replacement instructions by text. But at 10 PM, alone in a foreign city, I found other tenants already inside. They couldn't explain what was going on, as they were from abroad, and the man was drunk. After I called the company's staff and pleaded for help, a woman offered a room across town, which simply wasn't workable. I had to find somewhere else for the night on my own. They didn't help at all. The man who first told me about the fault had been unfriendly from the start. I'm writing this as a warning about companies that buy lots of apartments and don't even know who is staying in them. Scandalous.

We gave up on the apartment. I wouldn't have felt safe sleeping in those conditions. There was a horrible smell, like walking into a bar early in the morning, and the floor sagged. The sofa bed was soaked, the curtains were dirty, and the extra sofa had cigarette burns. In the bedroom and kitchen, the wallpaper was peeling and the walls were dirty. The coffee table was damaged and marked with visible glass stains. In the hall, paint was chipped, the baseboard was broken, and the wall around the switches was grimy. The shower hadn't been washed, with dirt that looked like it had built up over months. The kitchen seemed ready to fall apart, and the dishwasher was so coated with limescale that I couldn't see how the dishes could come out clean. The extra pillow in the closet was my favorite ☺️. The apartment was nowhere near as clean or comfortable as the listing photos, which I found blatantly misleading. I'm adding photos so people can compare them with the website.

Getting around by tram and bus was really convenient, and the kitchen had a stove and all the necessary utensils. The apartment had enough room for four adults and two children. But the neighbors partied until the 13th on the first night, and the owners paid no attention when we told them. The refrigerator was there, though only its freezer worked properly. The room windows face a very busy street, so sleeping with them open is out of the question. There's no air conditioning.
