The location was really good, and the staff were friendly. They did sort out any problems, though it took up to three days. The apartment was only superficially clean, with neglect showing in the details: the enclosed balcony smelled of mold, old grease dripped from the hood, the oven was dirty, the shower was clean inside but not outside, and there was mold around the sink. The duvets were very low quality. Just an average apartment.

My stay was canceled because of the pandemic, but the host kept two thirds of what I paid and returned only a third. Apparently the pandemic wasn't enough reason for us to reach an agreement. He ignored calls from the head office and potential guests, while quietly taking money for a stay that never happened. This emergency we're all facing seems to be very profitable for some.

Cozy place, but the walls are dirty, and neither the sink nor the shower drains.
