My August stay was cut short, even though the booking conditions were supposed to be honored. The company has been very difficult to deal with: they don't answer calls, texts, or emails, and the staff seem incompetent. They promised compensation for the trouble, but I'm still trying to get a refund. I even had to intervene through booking.com. I can't recommend them.
