The area was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. Everything was also easy to reach from this great location. We stayed for three days and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

The heated towel rail kept making a terrible noise, day and night, so it was impossible to sleep or live comfortably. I kindly asked the owner to fix it, but they ignored me. The owners also ignored the rules and regulations. I've attached a picture of the noisy towel rail.

The towel dryer made a terrible noise both at night and during the day, making it impossible to sleep. The host completely ignored my request to fix it. I'm disappointed with how they treated their guests, and the neighbors have to put up with that noise too.

The apartment had its own heating, so we could control the radiators, and its location was fairly good. Still, you'll need public transport to get to the old town. Cleanliness was a problem: there were footprints on the floor when we arrived, and it clearly needed mopping. The towels were the worst part. The company managing the place seems to think one towel per person is enough for your body, hair, face, and hands. There was only a separate extra towel for feet.
