The staff were really kind and let me leave my bags before check-in and after checkout. My bed was comfortable, though a few others made a lot of noise. The washrooms are small, but the kitchen has a decent amount of space. It’s a funny little hostel tucked inside a business and conference building. Waking up with a conference happening down the hall, with no doors between us, was pretty amusing. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for the price.

It’s a very basic place, essentially a bed in a shared room. I was in a room with ten people, and each guest gets a locker at no extra charge. There are cooking facilities too. The location is right in the center, so you can walk to everything. I enjoyed my stay and found the staff very friendly, except for the day one woman was working reception.

Finding the entrance took me about 20 minutes, like it has for other reviewers, so I added a picture to help. I had no trouble getting around Warsaw without public transport during my three days here. Sigismund’s Column was about 15 minutes away on foot, and the Palace of Culture and Science took around 15-20 minutes. My private twin room was inexpensive, clean, warm, and comfortable, with its own bathroom. The shower had great pressure and steady temperature, though its head fell down a few times. The bed was cosy, and I slept brilliantly without waking once. There was even a socket right by the bed. I was in room 4, roughly 15 metres from reception. I could hear people talking, but it didn’t bother me or wake me. I loved my stay. After checkout, I could leave my bag at reception until I left the city that evening. I’d definitely recommend The Warsaw Hostel and would stay again if I’m back in town.

The service was very nice and helpful, but the kitchen and common area were incredibly filthy. I’m not a fancy traveler, and even so, they really need to be cleaned now and then. The beds squeak a lot, and the bedroom door lock is unnecessarily noisy. You get what you pay for.

The dorm beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve found in a hostel, and the staff were nice. Facilities were in good condition too. It’s a small place tucked into another building, in a convenient central spot for Warsaw’s bars and the old town. One drawback: after 10 PM, you’re locked out and have to wait for someone to let you in.
