The rooms could use more equipment, and the trains make quite a bit of noise. On the plus side, public transport connections are good. Everything was very clean, the service was very good, and breakfast was great.

The room was very clean and got cleaned every day, and I liked the location. The lighting was too dim, though. One bulb had burned out; I asked for it to be replaced, but nothing happened. The kids' sofa bed was so hard it felt like a bench. Well, what can you expect from a 3-star hotel 😊.

We had booked three nights and weren't told beforehand that there would be no hot water. Guests should be informed about something like that in advance, and I was very disappointed with how it was handled. Staff promised us a 50% refund for the inconvenience, but more than two weeks later we still haven't received it. Our follow-up emails have been ignored. The poor communication and promise that wasn't kept made the stay frustrating. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

DO NOT BOOK. We paid in advance through the hotel's website, but there was no hot water or working heating from Thursday through Sunday. Nobody told us beforehand. If we'd known, we wouldn't have come. Reception acknowledged the problem and promised a 50% refund, but nothing came of it. Since checkout, they've ignored our emails and calls, repeatedly sending us to “administration,” which never replies. Very unprofessional.
