The apartment itself was modern, clean, and really nice. Getting inside was awkward, though. The directions for finding it were the worst we’ve ever been given, and nobody was at the main gate. We had no code for the street-facing door, so we ended up getting in under the barrier. Maybe it wasn’t a major issue, but it felt uncomfortable the first time.

We booked last year for an April stay, but everything was locked down because of coronavirus. I still haven’t received any refund. When I contact them, they don’t seem to care. I won’t book again.

The building was hard to get into, and the apartment number didn’t work. Check-in was very bad too. I’d told them I was arriving early after a long journey, but they wouldn’t let me in before 15:00. It was also very noisy at night. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Of all the apartments I’ve stayed in, the Warsaw one comes first, and the view is beautiful. I’ve also stayed in two places in Krakow and one each in Gdansk and Warsaw. My ranking: Warsaw in 1st place 🥇🏆, Gdańsk in 2nd 🥈, and Krakow in 3rd 🥉.

The staff let us park before check-in and even got us into the apartment an hour early, which was a huge help with a toddler. Our place was on the 9th floor, with windows facing the patio, so we didn’t notice how busy the neighborhood was. The 15-story building has security, and we had a covered parking spot in the patio. Nearby there are lots of shops, cafes, and services, plus public transport. The Old Town is about a 30-minute walk away. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for several days. Coffee, tea, water, towels, and shower gel were all provided. The check-in instructions arrived in advance and were short and clear.
