Campanile Warszawa Północ

Parking was very convenient, and the room was modern, clean, and nicely put together. I would recommend the hotel. I did miss having disposable slippers for a bit more comfort. Breakfast wasn't worth what it cost. There wasn't much choice, and the quality didn't match the price.

Ilona was the highlight for us. She was so helpful, showed us local train websites and the nearest station, Warsaw East, and was always smiling whenever we saw her. The rest of the staff were helpful and obliging too. At the time of writing, the hotel was only eight months old, and it felt well rounded: comfortable, good-sized rooms, a good breakfast, and roomy, comfortable reception and lounge areas. Thanks for a lovely two-night stay in early February 2026.

Dinner was frustrating. I waited 20 minutes for a waiter, then gave up and went back to my room. The service was poor elsewhere too: my room wasn't cleaned even though I put up the “Please clean” sign, and they acted only after I pointed it out. I had booked breakfast for all eight days, but every day I had to go to reception because the staff hadn't added it to my booking. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels across 16 countries through work over the past few years, and this was the worst. I won't stay here again.

We found the hotel really lovely. It was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had incredibly comfortable beds. Highly recommended!
