The tour group dinner at the hotel restaurant turned out so good. The sauerkraut soup was appetising, and the chicken was cooked well, with tender meat and thin, crispy skin. We really liked the apple pie too. The waitress with her hair in braids was warm, smiley, and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the restaurant.

The prices were good, the service was excellent, and we had a lovely lunch with delicious food. Highly recommend! :)

The salt mine is just a two-minute walk from the front door, which makes this a really convenient place to stay. Cool stuff. Everyone was accommodating, especially Veronica, who was at the front desk when we arrived and working in the restaurant the next morning. She was helpful and always smiling 😁

Breakfast was delicious, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the location near the Salt Mine is perfect. I had a great stay at Hotel Galicia in Wieliczka. Highly recommended!

The eating area layout is kind of garbage, and the chairs squeak uncomfortably when you move them. Also, the pancakes at breakfast were cold. A bigger trash can would be nice, and I'd prefer a bathroom light switch instead of the light turning itself on and off.
