Willa Relaks

Good contact with the owner made things easy, and the hotel was a good experience for our five-day stay. The location was great, and both the room and bathroom were comfortable.

A nice option for a family.

The rooms were clean, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. The 27 m² space felt suitable for no more than 2 people, and with 4 of us, the layout and day-to-day use were significantly less comfortable. There was no clear separation between sleeping, storage, and dining areas. The kitchenette also had very little work space and a small refrigerator, which made it hard for 4 people to use comfortably. Storage was another problem: there was no full-size wardrobe, just a narrow one for coats, and too few shelves and closed cupboards for 4 people. The furniture looked worn and outdated. The coffee table was unstable, and its board came loose when I tried to move it, so it needs repair. The plumbing needs attention too. The toilet sink was constantly malfunctioning, the bathroom water pressure was very low, barely more than a trickle, and there was no hot water in the kitchen. There was essentially one parking space available, a limitation when there are a lot of guests. In winter conditions, with -4°C outside, the temperature inside was about 19°C, so the heating seemed only average. The property's technical condition needs inspection and modernization, especially the plumbing and equipment.

The neighborhood was really quiet, and we found the beds comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay at the Relaks villa, especially the cleanliness and fresh smell when we arrived. Having a kitchen was a plus.
