The walk to the beach was lovely, easy going and full of that pine resin smell, and the beach itself wasn’t crowded. Back at the property, everything was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with a welcoming family feel and professional service from the start. We felt at home. The trampoline, swings and sandbox are handy for kids, and it’s unusual to have the sauna and pool included in the price. The area is peaceful. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

We booked one of the “chalets” online, but didn’t stay overnight. We went to see it in person and asked to cancel, and they kindly refunded us in full. The other rooms in the house looked very nice in the photos, but I wish the owners had been more upfront about the chalets. There weren’t any pictures of them in the room options, which made us wary, though the other photos looked good. A few chalet pictures are hidden at the bottom of the main booking page, but that still felt misleading. There are no interior photos on Google Maps either. Inside, it was like a tiny, very basic garden shed from the 80s, with peeling PVC flooring and a smoky smell. The kitchenette was just a niche with an electric hotplate. It wasn’t what we expected, especially at a price usually comparable to regular hotels, even in summer. For clarity, this review is about one chalet, and we didn’t sleep there, only saw the interior.

It’s a peaceful place to get away from crowds and everyday life, and a good option for a stay with children. The beach is clean and not crowded, and the resort has a pool for cloudy days and evenings, plus a sauna. The apartment is a little cramped, though the affordable price and quiet neighborhood help make up for that. There’s a larger shop about five minutes away by car, and a golf course nearby. The walk to the beach has plenty of hills and ravines, so it can be demanding, but the beautiful views through the National Park make it worthwhile.

There’s a large pool and lots of room for kids to play, and it’s nice to have parking. But the approach roads have plenty of big potholes, so drive carefully or you could damage your car. The rooms get very humid, with no hairdryer, sensors or even a small fan. Payment has to be in cash on site. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful and quiet beside a forest, with a roughly 40-minute walk through it to the beach. Inside, it’s pleasant, but the sloping ceilings make the rooms cramped. The shared guest kitchen is tiny and inconvenient. The bathrooms are cramped too, though each room has its own toilet. There’s another toilet in the bathroom, but unless you’re a child, you have to sit sideways to use it. There are frequent swimming pools.
