Apartamenty Sun & Snow Tęczowe Wzgórze

The building itself met expectations and the location was good, but the apartment's condition didn't match the contract or the price and promised standard. Apartment 404 looked lovely in photos, yet it was worn and dirty when we arrived. Sun & Snow takes a security deposit and can keep it if there's damage, so after finding the existing damage, I spent the first evening cleaning and documenting everything to avoid trouble. For the price, it should have been better prepared, especially with an extra preparation fee. There was damage and dirt all over: a scratched TV and floor, torn sofa, worn walls, damaged bathtub surround and refrigerator shelf, sticky dirty toaster, broken light over the bathroom mirror that left me using the sink blindly, burnt cutting board, dirty windows, grimy walls, and hand smudges on the furniture. Many of these things could've been removed or thoroughly cleaned in a few hours. I understand it's a rental, but that's no excuse for this condition. I stayed in the same building two years earlier through Booking, in a different room with a different landlord. It was significantly cheaper and a much higher standard, simply clean and without extra charges or threats of charges for property that was already damaged. I reported the defects and sent several emails with photos, but despite an office in the same building, staff didn't respond or do anything to repair them or replace broken appliances. I spent a week there with my family and didn't want to spoil the vacation, but I was left with a bad feeling about Sun & Snow.
