The people working here couldn’t be nicer, and the atmosphere is relaxed and lovely. The food is the best in town. Thanks, guys, you’re great. I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel initially seemed promising, but the stay was a letdown. Guests in the room next to ours were loud at night, so we couldn’t sleep properly. We tried reaching reception, but nobody was there and our calls went unanswered. We mentioned it the next morning and got neither a reply nor an apology. We didn’t feel looked after as guests.

A real plus is the restaurant, with very good food and such generous portions that you’ll leave full. It’s a great spot for unwinding, and we’d recommend it if you’re travelling with a dog. Dogs are very welcome. The rooms were clean and warm in winter, and the service was excellent. The ladies were always smiling, happy to chat, cheer us up, and help with anything.

The pictures online made the hotel look great, so that’s why we booked it. But we couldn’t feel safe or cared for once there. Loud neighbors kept us awake until morning, and repeated complaints didn’t help. The front desk was empty all night, and nobody answered the phone numbers we were given. We reported it in the morning and were ignored. There was no apology or contact with management by phone or email. If you want somewhere quiet and safe, I’d avoid this place.
