We found the shower wasn't working properly in our room, but the staff quickly offered us another one. The problem was fully fixed the next day, and we appreciated how they handled it. The elevator stopped working during our stay too, though it was repaired within two days. There was a good choice of fresh, well-prepared food at dinner. Drinks included with the meal were only still or sparkling water, so juice or anything else had to be bought separately at the bar. A basic juice option would have been nice, though it wasn't a major issue. Check-in was only from 4 p.m., so we took a short trip around the area first. Once we arrived, reception got us checked in quickly, and we went straight to the pool and wellness area to unwind after the journey. We were very happy with the stay, the setting, the food, and the relaxing wellness facilities. The staff handled unexpected problems professionally and promptly. I'd consider coming back.

It's a big hotel with a nice pool, and the buffet breakfast has a good range and tastes very good. The rooms are comfortable, but there's no chair on the balcony and no bathrobe for going to the pool. It's well placed for hiking in the mountains.

Hotel Stok was a solid four out of five for me. A few small improvements, especially to guest service at busy times, could bring it up to a perfect score. It's a real gem in Wisła for a memorable stay any time of year!

The restaurant is good, the rooms are high quality, and the location is convenient. But the shower barely ran and had almost no pressure, so washing was difficult. The staff never seemed to smile, and hardly anyone spoke English. I'd expect better on that front from a four-star hotel.

The meals were generous by Polish standards, and the hotel itself is cozy and very nice, with mountain views. Rooms are spacious, and service was quick and decent. Seems well suited to conferences or a family holiday in the mountains.
