We went to Kubalonka several times for food and drinks, and every visit was a pleasure. The owners and staff were welcoming, attentive, and really friendly. There was a good range of delicious food to suit different tastes, and the traditional Polish dishes were especially good. We were lucky to try the Wigilia meal. Thanks for the hospitality, great food, and warm welcome. We can’t wait to come back.

The person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us. We had booked through booking, then canceled, but the lady refused to reimburse us and said we had to sort it out with booking. That didn’t seem right, and we were left feeling as if we’d been robbed. The people were very rude and showed no empathy. As people can see, the replies are racist as well as rude. I don’t need to learn your language, that’s idiotic. The reservation was made less than 14 days ahead, according to the policy, and we tried calling. It would have been nice if someone had answered. I guess you were busy replying to bad reviews. I’m going to share this with as many foreigners as I can so they know this place is run by someone who makes racist comments like “in Poland speak Polish.” I guess you don’t travel at all. Sad. Thanks for your reply.
