Villa Almira Wellness & Spa

The food was great, but the receptionist wasn't. The bosses had conflicts and arguments during breakfast, and the spa water smelled bad. Our room lock didn't work, so we had to prop the door shut with a chair overnight. The worst thing was that we couldn't bring our 2-kilogram dog. Meanwhile, a 40-kilogram Labrador and other dogs were running around the hotel and relieving themselves on the stairs. We had to pay €500 for a hotel for our dog, and they took 100 złoty off our bill. On our last day, there was no dinner because the cook was sick, even though two wonderful people were there. The waitress from Warsaw was kind and polite, and deserves credit. They also refunded 100 złoty for the dinner we didn't get. Christmas Eve was nice, and New Year's Eve was okay, but our room was too cold and there was no hot water for a bath. We don't recommend it.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the price felt low for what the hotel offers. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots to choose from, and the spa was included in the price. It's about a 5-minute walk to the center. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was exceptionally friendly. We have no complaints and will definitely come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

The continental breakfast was very good. The location is excellent: about a 10-minute walk from Tropicana at the Gołębiewski Hotel, with the chapel across the street and Wisła Market Square just nearby. Another big plus is getting private access to the spa area for 45 minutes when you rent a room.

During lunch, the smell of food drifts through all the corridors and floors, which takes away a little from the place's class. Even so, it's five stars from me for the friendly service and amazing standard, better than a hotel :) The decor is great, and at night there's a beautiful view of the ski slope across the street. A mega place, perfect for a romantic trip with a girl, breakfast date, or proposal. I recommend it.
