Breakfast had a really tasty Japanese touch. The owners live on site and took excellent care of us. There isn't a restaurant.

A lovely experience all around. The couple were generous and happy to share stories from their own lives.

The owners, Ms. Joanna and Mr. Andrzej, made us feel so welcome, and we hope to return. They were kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout. Our room, Akita, looked out over the stream and forest. It was clean, including the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The villa is away from the center, though good restaurants are only a 15-minute walk away. Wi-Fi worked, parking was on site, and we had a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. We especially loved sitting by the river, listening to the water. The owners provide chairs there, which made it a nice place to cool off or relax on hot days. The whole place has a Japanese feel, from the tasteful, interesting decor to the food. During the pandemic, breakfast was brought to our room, and we really enjoyed the European and Asian mix. We also paid extra for a Japanese dinner prepared by the chef. It was a masterpiece, with a wide range of flavors and dishes, and the chef talked us through the ingredients and preparation. I won't share photos, so others can be surprised for themselves. Best wishes to the chef, and thanks again!

For a quiet stay, this guesthouse is a lovely choice. It has a quaint feel and lots of Japanese touches, and our spacious room was clean and peaceful. Breakfast is currently served individually at a set time, with plenty to eat, and it was delicious. The owners are helpful and knowledgeable without hovering. Parking is on the property, though the common areas aren't available at the moment. Restaurants are about 10 minutes from the villa. The city center is a bit far on foot, while the trail to Stożek passes right under the window, depending on what you're after. There's also a mini playground across from the building, plus a charming bench area by the river reserved for villa guests. What a treat!

Willa Japonica is tucked away from the city's bustle, which suited me. The owners are attentive and very friendly, but they don't intrude. Their passion and travels show in the atmospheric decor. Breakfast is tasty, though modest in size, and brought right to your room. Definitely a place for people.
