The guesthouse itself is fine, and the rooms were good. It’s also one of the cheapest places in Wisła. But the owner spoiled the whole atmosphere for me. There were loads of rules, which I followed, yet he came by at least three times a day to remind us. He picked at every little thing, including things other guests had done. He’s clearly a post-communist member of the ORMO (Organization of the Militia). Just as we were getting ready to leave, he told us to go back to the car and clean up after other guests, even though that was his responsibility. If being nagged every 15 minutes doesn’t bother you, maybe this place is for you. But if you value peace and quiet, I wouldn’t recommend it. A day without the owner pestering us over the smallest things seems impossible. That’s why I’m giving it two stars. I won’t be back.

Our room was warm and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a shower. The owner was friendly. It was a very pleasant stay, though what you think of it probably depends on what you expect.

The rooms are spotless, and there’s a kitchen and dining room. The owner is kind, friendly and always ready to help. On both of our stays we were given sweet, delicious pastries, and we’ll definitely come back. I’d recommend this place if you’re after peace, quiet and a friendly atmosphere rather than luxury.

For a mountain getaway, this is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. It’s close to hiking trails and the center of Wisła, with a peaceful, friendly feel throughout. My boyfriend and I stayed three nights in a room with a private bathroom. It was clean, cozy and well equipped, and the bathroom was well maintained and functional. The shared kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, and the dining room was incredibly spacious. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and we were very pleased with our stay.

The price is very reasonable, and the owner is really friendly. The rooms are clean, and there’s a place to store your snowboard or skis. I’d love to come back!
