The breakfast was very good, and the city center is more than 1 km away on foot. But for the price, the room was a disaster. We’d booked online for a room with a balcony and instead got a top-floor room with a window facing a busy street. It was stuffy at night, and the room itself was small. The bathroom had a strange, unpleasant odor, so we had to shut the door quickly because it made the room stink.

I wholeheartedly recommend it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, most with a balcony, and breakfast is delicious. The staff are really nice. You can take a pleasant walk along the river to get to the center. For kids, there’s only a sandbox and slide, which might be a drawback for some and a plus for others 😀

Parking was a hassle. Although the booking said it was free, there seemed to be only about seven spaces for the villa’s nine rooms. The other cars had to park in ways that blocked people in, so if we came back late, we’d have to block another car, then let others out in the morning. That wasn’t what we expected from the free parking offer. The room itself was generally clean, but as someone who works in construction, I noticed a stuffy smell as soon as we entered. There’s no ventilation in the room, and the mechanical ventilation in the bathroom didn’t seem enough for two rooms. Without leaving the window cracked, it would have been unbearable and, above all, unhealthy. I also found black mold on the shower grout. A resort like this should get a cleaner made for that kind of mold. Breakfast, on the other hand, was delicious and freshly prepared, with local cheeses, frankfurters, eggs made different ways, and something sweet. The villa is in a convenient spot, near slopes like Statki, which is ideal for beginners, and Nowa Osada, as well as close to the center of Wisła. The owners seemed to get along well with guests, and you could meet them at breakfast. It has a family-oriented feel, with lots of families and children, and the prices are average.

The promenade is about a 10-minute walk away. We found the staff very friendly and communication was excellent. The rooms were clean and warm, and the fresh breakfast was buffet-style. I’d heard the breakfast might be modest, but the owner kept replenishing everything so it stayed fresh, and there was as much as you wanted. We recommend it.
