The apartments are clean and fully equipped, with parking inside the building. The beach is 1 km away, and restaurants and shops are close by. There are playgrounds for children both indoors and outside for the little ones. Bikes are available too. The only thing we missed a little was reliable Wi-Fi, though who really needs it on holiday? 😀

The rooms have plenty of equipment, but some things need repair or replacing. The refrigerator shelves are broken, the windows are misaligned and don't close properly, and the bedroom mattresses sag. The heating is very weak at times, water pressure is low, and the shower drain is clogged. Most dishes in the kitchenette are either dirty or damaged, with cracks.

We stayed in winter, from January 12 to 20, 2026, when there was plenty of snow and frost, around -10 on average. The apartment was still very warm, comfortable and clean. I recommend it 👍

The shower drain was clogged and the water pressure low. They also charged an unnecessary fee in the playroom. It wasn't too bad, but I'm definitely not coming back.

I recommend it if you can get through to her and arrange a time. The problem is that the lady seems to give out her private number, and when she calls, it's hard to reach her. Ask whether she has a room on a particular date and she may say you're calling too late. That probably wouldn't happen if she gave out a reception number, but there's no information about whether one exists or what the number is. There's also no notice saying not to call after a certain time. She seems surprised when a customer calls at any hour, which makes me think it's her personal number.
