It was quiet, clean, and peaceful, with parking, a little playground the kids loved, a trampoline, and a covered barbecue area with charcoal. You can book a room or a cottage. Ours was big enough for seven: two upstairs bedrooms for five people, and downstairs a living room with a sofa bed, TV, small table and armchairs, plus a bathroom and kitchenette with a two-burner stove, fridge, and electric kettle. There was also a dining table and chairs. I was pleasantly surprised to find dish soap, a sponge, and kitchen towels. The sea is around 1 km away at entrance 14, which has a gentle staircase. Entrance 12, with a sidewalk to the beach, is a bit farther at 2 km, while entrance 15 is about 1.5 km away through a ravine with no steps. The cottage had a windbreak, deckchairs, a clothes dryer, and a patio with chairs. I missed having a smaller pot, a jug for making tea or coffee, shelves by the bathroom mirror, and more bathroom hangers. In cottage "c", they were hung very low, about preschooler height. The bright house lamp stayed on all night and shone right into my eyes, so I covered the window with towels. Blinds would help, like the ones downstairs.

The room was clean, and the staff were top-notch, which you don’t often find in places like this. The bathroom is a little small, but the location is great and close to the beach. Ocean Park was definitely the biggest disappointment when I stayed at this motel a year ago. I’d still recommend it.

The room we got was much smaller than the one shown in the photos. With two people and our luggage, there was barely room for anything else because the bed took up the other half. There was just one tiny window, 2 meters above the ground. Who thought turning a broom closet into a place to sleep was a good idea? When I called, the owner insisted it counted as a double room because it had a double bed. I strongly advise against staying here.

We’d reserved a room under our name for 6-7 PM, but when we arrived, it had been "booked" to someone else just 15 minutes earlier. They said, "We thought it was you." How do you hand over a reserved room without checking the name? It was unprofessional. Since it was peak season, finding another place then was hard, so we had to drive 400 km home. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
