The staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They even brought me a cappuccino when I arrived. The hotel is fantastic and right by the Włocławek city center. I was there for just one night, but the rooms were beautiful and spacious. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit!

There’s room for improvement. The hotel is okay, not bad, but something always seems to be missing. Breakfast is fine, though sometimes it hasn’t been replenished. The room is okay too, but now and then it needs maintenance or the cleaning staff forget a towel. Laundry takes at least 3 days and can smell bad, as if it hasn’t dried properly. Parking in front of the hotel costs money, and the hotel’s free parking is a 10min walk away.

The owner is literally mr. businessman 😉. The hotel is right in the city centre, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My room was modern, clean, comfortable, airconditioned, and had a small kitchen, though I’m not sure if all rooms do. Parking was 2min away. I’ll come back next time I’m in Wloclawek!

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Since it’s in the city centre, you don’t need a car to get to a restaurant in the evening. I’d recommend it.
