The location by the river is nice, and the hotel is easy to reach, with parking right next to it. Breakfast was good, though it could have been a bit more substantial. The beds weren't very good, in my personal opinion.

We stopped by the terrace for coffee, not to stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was super, and the staff were lovely.

The rooms look modern and nice, but sleeping here was impossible. At 6 am, someone was doing building work outside and making a lot of noise. The walls are thin, too. I could hear my neighbour using the toilet and shower, with water running and the toilet flushing, and the whole room felt noisy. There wasn't even tea, coffee, a kettle, or a mini fridge, despite it being 30 degrees outside. It makes no sense. This was the worst hotel I've been to.

We only went for dinner and didn't stay at the hotel. The food was fresh, excellent, and beautifully plated, worthy of the best restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful. We'll definitely come back when we're in Włocławek.

My reservation had been confirmed and paid for weeks ago, but today the hotel unexpectedly cancelled it because of a “wedding in the hotel.” What if I hadn't seen the email and had arrived at night after a long flight, expecting to sleep there? This isn't how customers should be treated, and it shows how little they care about them.
