Our room was on the fourth floor, with a great view of the mercure hotel and Galleria Dominica shopping center. The center has three floors of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. We arrived at apartment 24 on 10/10/21, checked in at reception, and a very pleasant lady showed us to the room. It was basic but nice and warm, with a kitchen, dining area, shower, and bed. The staff did a very good job keeping it clean, and breakfast was amazing and great value. We had a very good break, and Wroclow was great value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The room was in terrible condition, and the bed and everything else were really dirty. The worker was unkind. It was a horrible experience for us. Please never book this apartment.

The service is awful. You can wait all day for a reply, and even then you might not get an answer to what you asked.

I travel around Europe regularly, and this was one of the worst places I've stayed in years. After eight nights, none of the issues I reported had been fixed, and I can't recommend the property. The listing led me to expect a TV, with both photos and description showing a flat-screen set and cable or satellite channels. There was no TV at all. Management said the pictures were only illustrative and might show other apartments, but I believe a booking should match the description and photos for the accommodation being offered. In more than 30 years of European travel, I've rarely seen such a big difference between an ad and what was provided. There were practical problems throughout the apartment too. The shower was damaged and leaked onto the bathroom floor every time, with water often spreading into the room. The door frames showed moisture damage, and a bathroom bulb hung from a cable without proper protection. The kitchen was very basic, with no oven tray, no rubbish bags or cleaning supplies, no mop heads, and very few cutlery items. The sofa was badly worn, stained, and uncomfortable. Some blinds didn't work properly, the curtains were damaged, and the walls needed maintenance and repainting. What made this worse was how the problems were handled. Management replied once, then stopped responding to my further messages. I also expected a more professional attitude at reception and felt my concerns were brushed aside. Reporting the issues through the booking platform brought no meaningful help, and follow-up messages went unanswered for the rest of my stay.
