There's a residents' gym on the ground floor of the previous phase, which was a nice extra. I only found out about it from the seller after buying. The area has real potential. It's near a tram line and bordered by the Odra River, so there's not much traffic around. The park Archicom is building, along with the city's plans, already looks set to make this a very beautiful, modern place. Prices are still attractive compared with other parts of the city, apart from Jagodna :D, and the tram makes the neighborhood work well. If you want to invest or live near the center with greenery and a quiet setting, I can't think of a better spot. I recommend it 100%. As of May 2023, though, there's a big construction site and getting around is a little difficult. Archicom isn't the only developer building here. That's the one downside, and it's temporary. The buildings in the earlier stages are solidly finished, expertly built, and use good materials, not just a rip-off like the developer in... Beautiful, modern buildings are expected from Archicom and other developers. Archicom does stand out on price compared with other properties, unless you want a ground-floor unit where passersby can look inside, which is cheaper :)
