Aparthotel New Lux

The manager was incredible, a real gentleman who helped me a lot, and the service overall was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was great. Just be aware that music and church bells can be heard outside late in the evening. I imagine most places in that area have the same issue.

Right in the middle of town, with a lovely, clean room laid out like an apartment. The staff were pleasant to deal with, and both check-in and check-out were easy.

Aparthotel New Lux is listed as Abba Apartments on Booking.com. The apartment itself was tasteful and beautiful, with everything a traveller needs. The real problem for me was bedtime noise: there’s a music venue right next door, playing loudly until 2am. As a light sleeper who isn’t here to party, I found it impractical and had to move. The staff did find a solution, offering us larger alternative accommodation a little farther from the Old Town Centre, though it was still central. That apartment was well equipped and also to a high standard. I can see why others give this place five stars. If you’re young and likely to be out partying, it’s a great location with a beautiful apartment. For someone in their mid-50s visiting Wroclaw for the history and traditional scenery, I’d suggest staying elsewhere unless you sleep well.

Lukas made a big difference with his friendly, professional manner and genuine care. He went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome. My apartment at Aparthotel New Lux was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, with everything I needed for an easy stay. It was peaceful inside, yet just a few steps from the busy city center and main attractions. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Wrocław.
