The rooms are new, the location is excellent, and the river view is fantastic. But the booking and service were a mess, so I wouldn't choose this accommodation unless the location and a possible river view are essential to you. I booked a two-bedroom apartment because I thought airport transfers were included. When I asked about the transfer, they said they didn't offer one, and that information was later changed on Booking.com. After that, I was told my selected room wasn't available, and they blamed Booking.com. They offered alternatives, and I picked two studios. My first two emails went unanswered, and they only replied on WhatsApp. A few days before arrival, they tried to charge me again even though I had already paid. They only accept non-refundable bookings. They also tried to get me to book breakfast, but I was already worried something else would go wrong, so I didn't. At the apartment, I learned there was a 500 PLT damage deposit per studio, which wasn't listed on Booking.com. The rooms also weren't well soundproofed. The service management was terrible.

The apartments are modern and quite nice, and the location is great, but the price feels high, especially when it's comparable to five-star hotels. During our December weekend in winter, the heating failed on the first night. For accommodation at this level, heat is essential. They didn't do anything that night and moved us only on the second night, after we'd already had a horrible night and gotten a bit ill. The next day they gave us prosecco as a kind of gift and offered a discount on a future stay. I don't drink, and I don't know when I'll be back. They could have handled it much better by refunding the first night, fixing the heating right away, or moving us that first night.

The view from the balcony is probably one of the best around, and the location is excellent. The place looks impressive, with good internet, a large TV, a washer, and a dishwasher. But the good looks are about where the positives stop. The water barely flows, just drips, so taking a shower is practically impossible. I find it hard to understand how they can rent apartments without a proper water supply. It seems very clear that the flow is being restricted on purpose to cut costs, by saving on a basic necessity. The water is also extremely hard. After showering, my skin gets so dry that I need a lot of body cream to feel normal. There isn't a vacuum cleaner in the apartment or at reception, even though pets like dogs and cats are allowed. That's absurd. The owners seem to treat a vacuum as a luxury rather than basic equipment. Cleaning happens just once a week. If you stay one week, it's done after you leave. If you stay two weeks, you get one cleaning. On other days, you're left living with the dirt or expected to hire outside cleaners yourself. But there's no vacuum, broom, brush, or anything else to clean with. Reception said there were no spare vacuums when I asked, and when I offered to pay for extra cleaning, they said they had no time and couldn't do it. There's no real service. With pets, there'd be hair, dirt and smells everywhere, which is unsanitary. Given how much they seem to skimp on water, I worry about what the condition of any jacuzzis or bathtubs might be. Who knows if the water is changed properly, or if they cut costs there too. I'd never stay here again, despite the attractive apartment. The lack of water pressure, poor water quality, missing cleaning tools, minimal cleaning and zero flexibility or customer care made the stay constantly uncomfortable. Think carefully before booking. You might be better off in a hotel or another apartment. At minimum, bring your own vacuum if you're willing to put up with the water.

The river view was wonderful, and the apartment hotel was clean, with a nice shower. It’s about a 5-6 minute walk from town, and the staff were really helpful when we needed an extra blanket. The only downside was the 500 PLN deposit, which felt a bit high, though it was refunded quickly as long as there was no damage. I’d stay here again.
