Citi Hotel's Wroclaw

Our room was spotless and spacious, with a little kitchenette and fridge, and the hotel was very good value. It’s around a 15-20 minute walk to the market square, or you can take a quick tram or bus from nearby. The air-conditioning in our room wasn’t working, so it got quite warm. I’d certainly come back.

The room was basic and didn’t keep much sound out. I stayed three nights while a large group of teenagers was there too. They were noisy and inconsiderate toward other guests, knocking on my door several times on two nights in a row, playing loud music early in the morning, and shouting and laughing in the corridor. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing changed. There’s an empty plot beside the hotel, so maybe a new building is planned. I wonder if that explains some reviews mentioning construction noise. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again if I return to Wrolcaw.

The room was a pleasant surprise, with a large bathroom and an extra kitchen, and the staff were friendly. We had a great stay and thought it was good value. The hotel is opposite three supermarkets and about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. I’d recommend it.

Check-in and check-out were friendly and took just two seconds. The breakfast was gorgeous, fabulous and delicious, hard to imagine it getting any better. The tram makes it easy to get downtown.
