City Central Hostel Swidnicka

It's a well equipped, well kept apartment, with dependable service and a great location. A lovely place to spend time in. I recommend it to everyone!

With two kids, we stayed on Świdnicka Street for two nights. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed, including fans, TVs, and a kitchen. It wasn't fancy, but we just needed somewhere to sleep and have breakfast before heading out for full days of sightseeing. Being right next to the Old Town was perfect, and the tram line nearby mattered a lot to us. A big plus for getting in touch by text, phone, and email. Thank you.

Wrocław is a great choice for a long weekend, and the hostel has a decent price, a great location, and a stunning balcony view. Still, there are plenty of shortcomings. There was no contact with staff, just entry instructions and codes 😉, and there's an extra charge for “introduction.” The room walls are dirty, sockets are coming out of the walls, and the bed creaks whenever you move. The bathroom is clean but old and needs renovation. The wardrobe is nice and large, but most shelves were dusty. Only two shelves had been vacuumed in the middle section, and there was a lot of dust along the walls. There were clumps of dust under the bed too. I'm allergic, so I could only stay one day. It's a great place in principle, but it needs work before I'd want to come back. For me, price and location aren't enough.

The apartment was acceptable, but it wasn’t very clean. A child crawling on the floor ended up with black, dusty clothes. The worst part was the customer service. Staff blamed us for a faulty gas heater we hadn’t even touched, then tried to charge us for fixing it instead of offering anything for the lack of hot water. They also ignored our emails asking for the security deposit back for a whole month.
