The cleaners deserve a big shoutout: our room was done every day, and they left water for us. The rooms are modern, in excellent shape, and have what you need. We stayed over New Year’s in Wroclaw, just around the corner from the market square, so the location was fantastic. One keycard was a bit inconvenient, since a second would have let us charge devices, though I understand there may be environmental reasons for limiting them. We only had one pillow each, which wasn’t ideal. I could have asked about extras, but wasn’t sure if they were available. I’ve reviewed the restaurant separately, and we’d happily stay here again.

The decor is nice and the location is good, but the room was freezing cold. Reception controls the heating, so you have to ask them to turn it on. We did, and still never got warm. The shower design is also a problem: water spills out across the floor and onto the carpet. I was only there for one night, and that was enough. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a warm, cozy room.

The staff were welcoming, and the location is perfect. Our room was clean, and the gym and steam room were great. But the room had a broken TV, no fridge, and exposed electrical cables on the wall, which was concerning. For a four-star hotel, I expected better room maintenance. Still, it was a good stay overall.

Everything was within walking distance from this hotel in central wroclaw. The room felt new, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, plus two bottles of water. The breakfast was good, and the front desk and restaurant service were great. The price was budget friendly. It’s rated four stars, but felt like five to me. I’d definitely recommend it and will be back.

The central location, close to many attractions, was the only real positive. The room was very dirty, with dust and grime everywhere, and the floor under the bed looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. Noise was another problem: there was constant street sound and little insulation between rooms. The price is far too high for this standard. It felt more like a two- or three-star stay than a four-star one. A real disappointment.
