Grey Apartments

My wife and I booked Best Studio through booking after seeing the good reviews, and it was a huge disappointment. The apartment was dirty and moldy, disgusting enough that we’re adding photos. The boiler couldn’t provide enough hot water for two showers, and the shower had a constant horrible smell that the owner apparently considers normal. We’ve been to Wrocław before, and had never encountered anything like it. The two low-quality mattresses were so soft that sleeping on them was miserable, and I woke up with back pain. The walls were thin enough that we kept hearing nearby building doors open and shut. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for our stay, no shower products, and the listing didn’t say the apartment was on the ground floor at street level. It felt like a total scam and should be removed from booking. Please don’t stay here.

The host was quick to help with questions and really accommodating and friendly. The rooms were quiet, which made sleeping and having privacy easy, and there’s a huge shared kitchen if you want to chat with other guests. The beds were comfortable, the internet good, and the neighborhood friendly. Great location, modern facilities, and loads of space. Perfect for young couples. We’ll definitely come back.

A pretty nice apartment with everything you need, and parking out front was no problem. The kitchen is very small, though, with nowhere to dry dishes and no dishwasher. The double bed is two singles pushed together with a gap in the middle, so you end up sleeping separately or on one side.

It’s a large apartment split into several rooms, with three shared bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The building is very old, but the equipment is all new and clean, which gives the place a nice atmosphere. There’s no reception, just a pin code for the front door, so arriving or leaving whenever you want is really convenient. I had a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer.
