The location in the heart of Ostrów Tumski made it easy to walk to Wrocław’s main attractions, with history all around. The hotel’s architecture and interior have a special feel, and the atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, blending historic charm with modern comfort. Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from the start. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished, with a stunning view of the cathedral area, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, delicious choices. The cleanliness, service, and food were all perfect for me. This has become my favorite place to stay in Wrocław, and I’ll definitely return.

I had a few problems on arrival, so being able to check in early when I asked was a real relief. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is elegant and lovely, in a quiet spot near the old town centre. Everything was clean and nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable, with breathable bedding that made for excellent sleep. Breakfast was varied and very good, including pancakes made fresh. The in-house coffee house had a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Everything about the stay was great, but after I left I noticed questionable debits from my bank account under the hotel’s name. I emailed several times and sent proof, but despite following up repeatedly, I’ve had no reply and no reimbursement. The amount wasn’t large, but it feels shady and I want it sorted out. It’s been three weeks with no progress. I’m willing to change or update my review once this is resolved.

Great Old Town location, and a good range of hot and cold breakfast options.

The pillow with a visible stain and the old-house smell already made the room unpleasant. Then I spotted a spider and webs near the ceiling, with more webs in the ceiling corners, behind the AC, and under the bed. We were there for just one night as part of a guided tour, but it was hard to relax on the sheets with all that in view. It really made me question how clean the room was.
