The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, and Rynek Square was only a two-minute walk away. I stayed for seven days, and the staff were nice about letting me check in early and check out after midnight. The room wasn't cleaned during my stay, though. Towels were changed after four or five days, and the hotel didn't provide drinking water. Still, I had a pretty nice stay and recommend the place.

The breakfast was good if you chose to include it, and I found the hotel very comfortable. The main square is less than a five-minute walk away, with plenty to do if you want to spend a few hours there. The city has lovely architecture, too. I'd recommend taking a two-hour electric cart tour.

The reception staff came across as uninterested and rude, which was disappointing from the people who represent the hotel. Maybe I don't understand Polish ways of interacting, but in most places I've visited, reception staff have been friendly and polite. Aside from that, I had a nice stay. It's a pleasant little place, very close to the town centre, and breakfast was good.

I checked into room 408 on February 16, 2026, and at first everything seemed fine. About ten minutes later, the air conditioner started running loudly and continuously. Reception said they knew about the problem but hadn't warned guests before check-in, and couldn't do anything. They also said all the rooms had the same issue, so changing rooms wasn't an option. I paid and got no refund or other solution. Very surprising and disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

During my four-day stay, the room was never cleaned. The service was extremely disappointing, and the reception staff were especially unprofessional and quite arrogant when speaking with me. The experience fell far below what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Guests can find better places where they're treated with more care and respect.
