Good, central hotel near the Centrum. Breakfast is good, and the people are friendly.

The location is great, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and nice to deal with. The rooms would be better without the rather outdated carpets.

Amended: the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was what ruined it for me. Its light didn't work, and the shower was horrible. Unless you're under 140 cm tall, you'd have to kneel to get wet because the broken mechanism wouldn't hold the shower head up. Water pressure was barely there, and the temperature was only lukewarm. The shower door also leaves a huge gap when closed, so water sprays all over the floor. Lovely.

The location was perfect, the staff helpful, and breakfast was good. But the room needs a proper clean, especially the walls, floor, carpet, and windows. The towels should be replaced with fresh ones and washed properly. The lift was out of order for four days. We were on the fourth floor, but they moved us to the first.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location is very convenient, and it's good value for the money.
