We were five, grandparents, two kids aged 4 and 6, and me, staying in two connected rooms. It was a very pleasant visit, without any problems. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathrooms had a toilet, shower and sink. Towels were provided, including hand towels and a floor towel, as well as shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer. The dryer was a bit slow and only had medium heat. There isn’t much storage: the wardrobe has hangers but no shelves or drawers, and there were only about 5-6 hangers, which made hanging socks awkward. There’s a long desk or shelf along one wall, with one or two drawers in some rooms. You also get glasses, an electric kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. Water is available in the hall, where you can refill your bottle as often as you like. The beds were either two singles pushed together or a queen, each with a pillow and duvet. At each side there were two lamps, sockets and a bedside table, though the tables had no drawers. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with lots of choices, so everyone should find something they like. Check-out at 12:00 was great, since many hotels ask you to leave before 10:00. They also have luggage storage if you arrive early or need to leave after check-out. It’s a three-minute walk from Wrocław Główny, with only one street to cross, and public transport links are excellent. A regular 72-hour ticket costs 32 zł (about 7.50 €). You can get it through the “Jak dojadę” app, which works in many Polish cities, although tickets vary by city.

The Wi-Fi worked great, including for listening to Radio Caroline's internet album tracks service. Reception were very helpful, and they sorted us out with a breakfast box for our early departure. It was good.

The room was clean and the location was good. Beata deserves a special mention for handling check-in so warmly and professionally. A real gem, and someone who should be acknowledged. We had a great stay from start to finish.

Everything I needed was there. The hotel was clean, quiet, eco friendly, and really well located. Breakfast was great and the people were lovely. I loved staying here.
