We chose this hostel at the last minute, and its spot near the old town was handy. Our twin room came with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen had good equipment, and the bathrooms were kept clean. The beds could be more comfortable, but for the price it exceeded our expectations, so no complaints.

The price was low, which is why I’m giving it three stars, but the place was really run down. Our room smelled like food even though we hadn’t eaten there, and the bathroom had a damp smell. The towels looked awful on arrival, worse than my floor rag. The location was great, at least.

The rooms look nice, and the kitchen works pretty well. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, though there’s usually nobody around. There were bedbugs inside, and rats right outside by the entrance.

There was a lot of noise from children and the street, and reception did nothing to help when I raised my needs. As a bus driver, I require a room with its own toilet and shower, which this hostel doesn’t have. Not acceptable. If you need a hostel with no hygiene, go here.

The room was spacious and check-in and check-out were easy. Great location too. The tramways are really noisy 😂. There’s a huge kitchen area, but not many tools.
