The view is breathtaking, and the apartment looks luxurious at first, though looking up you can see the “teeth of time”: dirty walls and pillows on the couch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave and regular oven, and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom. I couldn’t find cloth towels or dishwasher tablets. There’s no breakfast, but there’s a shop next to the building and a small shopping gallery with restaurants. Parking for one night cost 100 PLN, and they give you a map showing where to park. Reception was okay. The security guards in the lobby were rather unpleasant and arrogant when I checked in alone while my husband and our 5-year-old daughter waited in the car, as she was napping. Despite a few minor things, we liked the place, will recommend it to friends, and will come back.

The apartment was impressive, but the stay was a nightmare. Music blared from 5 AM to 9 AM, and a rude, dismissive receptionist ignored it. Worse, every emergency exit on the 28th floor was locked, which is a major fire safety violation. A luxury stay shouldn’t mean sleepless nights and life-threatening conditions. Avoid it at all costs.

We booked four nights split between two apartments and paid a 500 PLN deposit when we arrived. The first room, with a sauna, was fine. Trouble started in the “luxury room with a bathtub”: its lights would not turn off and stayed on permanently. We reported it at reception at 16:00. They said they’d try to fix it right away, so we went into town. When we came back, the receptionist said it couldn’t be fixed and tried to make us take a cheaper room because the others were occupied. We wanted the same or a better room. She said she couldn’t cancel the reservation because she couldn’t reach the manager. After an hour at the desk, we had no choice but to agree to discuss it with the manager the next day, who was supposed to arrive at 13:00. The next day, reception knew nothing about the issue, so we had to explain it all again, and the manager wasn’t in the building. We went for a quick breakfast. When we got back, the receptionist showed us a photo on her phone of alleged floor damage. This was more than 24 hours after we’d left the sauna room, and other people had been in it after us. Neither my boyfriend nor I sat on the chair. It had metal legs without protective pads, which could damage the wooden floor. They didn’t listen to our explanation and said they’d take it up with the manager. We asked for the manager’s contact information, but they refused to give it. We wanted to go to another hotel to find him, but the receptionist said she didn’t know which hotel he was at. After this fiasco, we ended the stay a night early. The behavior was completely unacceptable and distasteful toward customers. The manager said he would call or email us, but after three weeks, nobody had. Instead of compensating us for the problem, as reception had said they would, they’re trying to charge us for damage we didn’t cause. Before leaving, we asked to inspect the apartments to make sure no other issue would be raised. The receptionist said she couldn’t do that because everything was fine in the second apartment, so she couldn’t print confirmation of the deposit refund. Just before we left, a technician partly fixed the light, but it still wasn’t fully resolved. The room was in questionable condition, with damage in many places, as shown in the pictures. They collect money and pretend to be a hotel, though they’re far from one. Even ibis budget treats customers better. Disgusting.

We spent three nights in a modern, well-furnished apartment with a great sauna and beautiful views. The floors showed plenty of wear where furniture had been dragged around. The main frustration was that the room Wi-Fi didn’t work. We asked reception a couple of times for help, but they sent us back and told us to call, then to email a screenshot of the available networks. We sent it and never got a reply. Cell reception was poor in the rooms too, so we had no data and couldn’t watch movies or listen to music during the stay.
