All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and bar were lovely. We had dinner there on our last night, and all four of us enjoyed our delicious meals. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a tea and coffee station, a fridge, and a safe for belongings. A lovely hotel.

The staff were great, but we had two major problems. The noise was horrific: children ran up and down the corridors at all hours, and people in some rooms were partying with guests from other rooms. Guests in several rooms complained about the behavior, and security spoke to them, but it didn't stop. They should have been kicked out. Also, charging Zl 49 to park on the outskirts of Wroclaw is ridiculous when inner city car parks cost less and the streets near the hotel are free.

It's well placed for all sorts of things to do around the city. The rooms are warm, the beds comfortable, and the overall quality is great.

We loved our stay at Novotel Wroclaw City. The bed was good, breakfast was nice, and there are play areas for kids inside and outside the hotel. It's closer to both the airport and the city.

This wasn't my first visit, and I enjoyed staying here again. The service and maintenance were good, and the room cleaning team does a perfect job. Breakfasts are top notch. Special thanks to Natalia Duda at reception, who sorted out all my questions. I'll definitely come back.
